Resolution:

 

1. Boot the computer in Safe Mode with Networking.
2. Use Hijack this

Delete: O2 - BHO: (no name) - {549B5CA7-4A86-11D7-A4DF-000874180BB3} - (no file)

                  O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)

3. Run CCleaner
4. Run Smitrem
5. Download Spysweeper Update definitions and scan the computer.
6. Delete Folders “SpyKiller, Spyware Stormer & SpywareGuard” in C:\Program Files
7. Start > Control Panel > Switch To Classic View > Display > Display Properties > Desktop Tab > Customize Desktop > Web Tab and delete the entry "Desktop Uninstall"
